Teens writing about
“School Problems”
As a teacher you are well aware of that some of your students are coping with social issues at school. Of course you would like to help them feel better about themselves and get along better with others. But students don’t often talk to teachers about what’s going on with them. Without their input, your ability to help them is limited.
Because of the anonymity of the Internet, students open up to me. I’m hoping that by sharing some of my school-related email, you will gain some insight into the emotional lives of tweens and teens. Then, perhaps, you can use that insight to better guide them through these years. They really do need your help!
